Complaints Policy

• The Account Holder will encourage and oversee reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards
• All such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.
• The Account Holder will investigate any claim or report. All decisions will be in line with the Standards.
• The Account Holder will take whatever course of action is necessary, to be in compliance with the Standards.
• Femdom Fantasia administrative staff will go over the complaints, and in accordance with the Terms and conditions decide the validity of the complaint. After the decision has been made, the user may appeal the decision within the next 24 hours.
• When the decision is made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed and the uploader of the content will be emailed a warning.
